The commission and the department shall: (1) ensure that errors attributed to client fraud are appropriate; and (2) take immediate and appropriate action to limit any client fraud that occurs. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 655, Sec. 8.08(a), eff. Sept. 1, 1995. Without reference to the amendment of this section, this section was repealed by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1153 (S.B. 30 ), Sec. 1.06(i), eff. September 1, 1997.
