Note: This version of section effective until 7-1-2027. See also following version of this section, effective 7-1-2027. Sec. 14. The board shall use the criteria established under section 11 of this chapter and the report submitted under section 13 of this chapter to evaluate an application for a grant from the fund. The board shall notify a county that makes a grant application of the board's approval or disapproval of the application within sixty (60) days of the date of the application. The board's decision to approve or disapprove a grant application is final. As added by P.L.117-1989, SEC.1.
