Drinking water to be approved, when, by whom. — An adequate, accessible supply of potable drinking water approved by the department of natural resources or the department of health and senior services shall be provided at all lodging establishments. Water from a source other than a public water supply shall not be used until it has been approved by the department of health and senior services. (L. 1985 S.B. 279 § 6) Effective 8-09-85
