(15 ILCS 305/20) Sec. 20. Security guard shields. The Secretary may issue shields or other distinctive identification to his or her security guards, wherever located in the State, if the Secretary determines that a shield or distinctive identification is needed by the security guard to carry out his or her responsibilities.
