8.48.160 Seizure of fireworks. The fire chief may seize, take, remove, or cause to be removed, at the expense of the owner, all fireworks manufactured, offered for sale, exposed for sale, stored, or possessed in violation of this chapter if the violation creates an imminent threat to public health or safety.
