(65 ILCS 5/11-39.2-30) Sec. 11-39.2-30. Small projects. In any case where the total overall cost of the project is estimated to be less than $12,000,000, the municipality may combine the two-phase procedure for selection described in Section 11-39.2-25 into one combined step if all the requirements of evaluation are performed in accordance with Section 11-39.2-25.
