Nev. Rev. Stat. § 162A.740
in effectHealth care facility includes:
1. Any medical facility as defined in NRS 449.0151 ;
2. Any facility for the dependent as defined in NRS 449.0045 ; and
3. Any agency to provide personal care services in the home as defined in NRS 449B.015 .
