8.04.480 Boat storage. It is unlawful and a public nuisance for any person to store a boat or vessel in any residential zone where it can be seen from the public right-of-way, unless the vessel or boat is currently registered to an occupant of the premises and is placed on a trailer currently registered to an occupant of the premises and parked on a paved surface.
