Failure to perform jury service.
Del. Code tit. 10, § 4516
in effectA person who fails to appear and show cause as ordered by the Court for failure to comply with the clerk’s direction to appear for the purpose of completing a juror qualification form or for failure to comply with a summons to appear for jury service or to complete jury service is guilty of criminal contempt and upon conviction may be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 3 days, or both.
