21 C.F.R. § 112.30
in effectEffective: 2024-07-01(a) You must establish and keep records required under this subpart in accordance with the requirements of subpart O of this part.
(b) You must establish and keep records of training that document required training of personnel, including the date of training, topics covered, and the persons(s) trained.
