(225 ILCS 330/37) (from Ch. 111, par. 3287) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 37. Order or certified copy; prima facie proof. An order or certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie proof that: (a) the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary; (b) the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (c) the Board and the members thereof are qualified to act.
