In this subchapter: (1) "Animal health commission" means the Texas Animal Health Commission. (2) "Permit" means a permit issued under Subchapter L, R, or R-1. (3) "Permit holder" means a person to whom a permit is issued under Subchapter L, R, or R-1. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 99 (S.B. 820 ), Sec. 6, eff. September 1, 2013.
