Sec. 12.8. A carrier that has been issued a certificate to transport household goods or passengers for compensation will be subject to the annual registration receipt requirements under IC 8-2.1-24-20. A carrier that fails to meet the requirements under that provision may have their certificate denied by the department. As added by P.L.205-2025, SEC.31.
