in effectThe commissioner may adopt regulations establishing loss ratio standards for long-term care insurance policies provided that a specific reference to long-term care insurance policies is contained in the regulation. Any regulations adopted by the commissioner shall substantially reflect the loss ratio standards contained in Section 10 of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Long-Term Care Insurance Model Regulations, as most recently revised.
