Connection of utilities; reports of violations.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 118B.154
in effect1. A tenant or a landlord, or his or her agent or employee, shall not make any connection of electricity, water, natural gas or propane to a manufactured home except as authorized by law.
2. An employee of the Division who has cause to believe that a tenant or a landlord, or his or her agent or employee, has violated subsection 1 shall report the suspected violation to:
(a) The Administrator; and
(b) The appropriate utility.
