(730 ILCS 154/35) Sec. 35. Out-of-State employee or student; duty to report change. Every out-of-state student or out-of-state employee must notify the agency having jurisdiction of any change of employment or change of educational status, in writing, within 5 days of the change. The law enforcement agency shall, within 3 days after receiving the notice, enter the appropriate changes into LEADS. (Source: P.A. 94-945, eff. 6-27-06.)
