(815 ILCS 5/2.31) Sec. 2.31. Limited Canadian salesperson. "Limited Canadian salesperson" means a salesperson who is a resident of Canada, has no office or other physical presence in this State, and complies with conditions specified by the Secretary of State through rule or order.
