Termination of registration.

in effectThe secretary of state may terminate the registration of a registered foreign nonprofit corporation under RCW 23.95.550 : (1) For any reason set forth in RCW 23.95.550 (1); (2) If the secretary of state receives a duly authenticated certificate from the secretary of state or other official having custody of corporate records in the state or country under whose law the foreign [nonprofit] corporation is incorporated stating that it has been dissolved or did not survive a merger; or (3) If the corporation has continued to exceed or abuse the authority conferred upon it by this chapter.
The secretary of state may terminate the registration of a registered foreign nonprofit corporation under RCW 23.95.550 :
