Adoption and enforcement by trustees of disciplinary measures for pupil in possession of alcoholic beverage or controlled substance on premises of school.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 392.464
in effect1. The board of trustees of each school district shall adopt and enforce measures for disciplining any pupil who is found in possession of an alcoholic beverage or a controlled substance, while on the premises of any public school in its district.
2. As used in this section, alcoholic beverage has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 202.015 .
