As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: 1. “County board” means a county mental health advisory board. 2. “County director” means the director of a county program. 3. “County program” means a county community mental health program. 4. “Governing body” means the board of county commissioners. 5. “Service” means a mental health service.
