Mo. Rev. Stat. § 23.256
in effect23.256. Information to be reported by agencies to joint committee on legislative research, when. — Before October thirtieth of the second calendar year prior to the year in which a state program subject to sections 23.250 to 23.298 is scheduled to sunset, the agency shall report to the committee:
(1) Information regarding the application to the program of the criteria in section 23.268 ; and
(2) Any other information that the agency considers appropriate or that is requested by the committee.
