A derivatives clearing organization shall: (a) Establish and enforce rules to minimize conflicts of interest in the decision-making process of the derivatives clearing organization; (b) Establish a process for resolving such conflicts of interest; and (c) Have procedures for identifying, addressing, and managing conflicts of interest involving members of the board of directors.
