Fees for special services
Ind. Code § 14-24-10-2
in effectSec. 2. The division may collect fees for special services provided to a person who is not described in section 1 of this chapter. Fees collected under this section:
(1) must be prescribed by rule;
(2) may not exceed the expense incurred by the department to provide those services; and
(3) shall be deposited in the entomology and plant pathology fund.
