(225 ILCS 412/140) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 140. Surrender of license. Upon the revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall immediately surrender the license to the Department, and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department has the right to seize the license.
