Nev. Rev. Stat. § 630.282
in effectThe Board shall adopt regulations regarding the licensure and practice of genetic counselors, including, without limitation, regulations:
1. Adopting by reference the Code of Ethics published by the National Society of Genetic Counselors, or its successor organization, as a code of ethics governing the professional conduct of genetic counselors;
2. Defining temporary basis for the purposes of subsection 3 of NRS 630.286 ; and
3. Establishing the requirements for the renewal of a license, in addition to those set forth in NRS 630.289 .
