Districts formed from merger
Ind. Code § 14-33-17-21
in effectSec. 21. A district formed from the merger of two (2) districts as provided under:
(1) this chapter; or
(2) IC 13-3-3-96.5 (before its repeal);
is considered a district for purposes of this article.
