Md. Code, Business Occupations and Professions § 9-204
in effect(a) A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.
(b) The Board shall meet at least twice a year, at the times and places that the Board determines.
(c) A member of the Board:
(1) may not receive compensation; but
(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
(d) The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
