5.64.160 Compliance by existing dealers. Any person lawfully engaging in the business of selling, leasing, or otherwise transferring any firearm or firearm ammunition on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall have a period of ninety (90) days after such effective date to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
