Compiling township information
Ind. Code § 36-6-1.7-7
in effectSec. 7. (a) The department shall compile the information in section 8 of this chapter for each township government.
(b) Any state agency having:
(1) data; or
(2) information relevant to developing the data;
required to prepare the list under section 9 of this chapter, as determined by the department, shall provide the information to the department in a timely manner.
