17.440.130 Parking on unimproved or vacant parcel. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 10.44, it is not unlawful to park a vehicle on an unimproved or vacant parcel within the Railyards SPD if the parcel is subject to a valid and enforceable development agreement that addresses parking on the unimproved or vacant parcel.
