(a) The board may reprimand an appraiser trainee or suspend or revoke an appraiser trainee's license to act as an appraiser trainee for a violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this subchapter. (b) A disciplinary proceeding under this section is governed by Chapter 2001 , Government Code. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 2, eff. June 1, 2003.
