(625 ILCS 5/20-202) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 20-202) Sec. 20-202. Act not retroactive. This Act shall not have a retroactive effect and shall not apply to any traffic crash, to a cause of action arising out of a traffic crash or judgment arising therefrom, or to any violation of the laws of this State, occurring prior to the effective date of this Act.
