In any prosecution for violations of this subtitle, where a sealed container is labeled as containing marijuana or marijuana products, such labeling shall be prima facie evidence of the marijuana content of the container. Nothing shall preclude the introduction of other relevant evidence to establish the marijuana content of a container, whether sealed or not. 2026, Sp. Sess. I, c. 1 .
