Sec. 2. The commissioner may make an examination concerning the quality management program of a health maintenance organization whenever necessary for the protection of the citizens of Indiana. However, an examination of the quality management program of a health maintenance organization domiciled in Indiana must be conducted at least once every five (5) years. As added by P.L.26-1994, SEC.25. Amended by P.L.226-2023, SEC.28.
