Ind. Code § 15-16-4-45
in effectSec. 45. (a) The board shall meet at least annually.
(b) The board may meet at other times and at a location specified by the chairperson or a majority of the board.
(c) The board shall publish the:
(1) minutes; and
(2) video;
of each meeting.
