The board may issue bonds payable, as pledged by board resolution, from: (1) ad valorem taxes imposed on taxable property in the district; or (2) ad valorem taxes and revenue of the district. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 468 (H.B. 4172 ), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2021.
