5.150.670 Cannabis testing laboratory permit program fee. The cannabis testing laboratory permit program fee is established and imposed. The city council shall establish by resolution the amount of the cannabis testing laboratory permit program fee, and any related penalties. (Ord. 2017-0046 § 1)
