The VTA shall take the steps as may be necessary to obtain coverage for the VTA and its employees under Title 2 of the Federal Social Security Act, as amended, and the related provisions of the Federal Contributions Act, as amended.

Cal. Public Utilities Code - PUC § 100381. Section 100381.

The VTA shall take the steps as may be necessary to obtain coverage for the VTA and its employees under the workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation disability, and unemployment insurance laws of the State of California.
