3.56.060 Unauthorized contracts. No city officer or employee shall purchase or contract for work on behalf of the city, other than as prescribed in this chapter or policies established in accordance with section 3.56.040.B. Any purchase or contract made in violation of this section is void. (Ord. 2024-0010 § 4)
