(a) The department may charge a fee to a person to purchase or borrow materials developed for the technician training program under Section 1951.351 . The department shall set the fee in an amount that will recover the costs of the program. (b) The department may charge a fee in an amount established by rule for each course considered for approval under Section 1951.352 . Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1421, Sec. 4, eff.
