3.36.030 Transfer of interest income. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the city council may authorize that the interest on all monies deposited in the major street construction fund be transferred to the general fund. Such authorization shall become effective for interest accruing after January 1, 1982. (Prior code § 9.01.075)
