Determination of Class T-G or Class T-H service credit.

in effectNotwithstanding any regulation promulgated by the Public School Employees' Retirement Board, application or interpretation of 24 Pa.C.S. Pt. IV, or administrative practice to the contrary, a member's eligibility deriving from Class T-G or Class T-H service credit for a superannuation annuity or other rights and benefits based upon attaining superannuation age shall be determined by including only those eligibility points actually accrued.
