In this chapter: (1) "Bond" means a bond required by this chapter to be given by a person appointed to serve as a personal representative. (2) "Declaration" means a written declaration that may be made and signed by a person appointed to serve as a personal representative. (3) "Oath" means an oath that may be taken by a person appointed to serve as a personal representative. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502 ), Sec. 1, eff. January 1, 2014.
