Law not applicable to weighing or weighing supervision, in federally licensed warehouse, by exchange or board of trade. — This chapter shall not prohibit, infringe, or apply to any weighing or weighing supervision in or in connection with a federally licensed warehouse performed by any grain exchange or board of trade.
