13.16.080 Discharge in violation of permit. It is unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person to make or cause any discharge to the stormwater conveyance system that results in or contributes to a violation of Order 2002-0206. (Ord. 2004-042 § 1; Ord. 98-007 § 1; prior code § 87.01.108)
