Mo. Rev. Stat. § 487.180
in effect487.180. Transfer of equipment and property from juvenile court division to family court. — In any jurisdiction that has a family court, all equipment, property, facilities and funds of the juvenile court division as it exists on the day prior to August 28, 1993, shall be transferred to the family court.
