in effectThe Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners is subject to Chapter 325 , Government Code (Texas Sunset Act). Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, the executive council is abolished and the following laws expire September 1, 2033:
(1) this chapter;
(2) Chapter 453; and
(3) Chapter 454 .
