13.24.200 Term of franchise. The term of a city franchise is one year, excluding provisional franchises. The solid waste manager may extend the term of a franchise agreement for additional one-year terms upon written agreement by the franchisee and solid waste manager. (Ord. 2021-0003 § 15)
