in effectEvery person transporting motor fuel subject to the user fee in vehicles upon the public highways of this State shall provide the original or a copy of the terminal-issued shipping document accompanying the shipment to the operator of the retail outlet, bulk plant end user bulk storage facility to which delivery of the shipment was made. A person who knowingly violates or knowingly aids and abets another to violate this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days.
