Sec. 16. Elimination of a township office of a designated township does not invalidate: (1) any resolutions, fees, schedules, or other actions adopted or taken by the township trustee or township assessor (if the office exists) before January 1, 2029; or (2) any appointments made by the township trustee or township assessor (if the office exists) before January 1, 2029.
